Refund Policy
According to our Terms and Conditions. Refunds cannot be provided for Invalid Circle you entered or Invalid Service provider and Invalid Number that you purchased. If for any reason (s) the User's recharge request is not successful, the User must send an e-mail to care@anytimerecharge.com (or) fill in the contact us page on the website with all the relevant details. Refunds are allowed only if your recharge is not successful, but the payment is done. Upon such email request AnyTimeRecharge.com will process the same and if found in after confirmation, Refund the amount to the user within maximum 10 working days.
In a e-mail the user should mention with all the relevant details like name of the registered user, contact no, Network ID recharged, Mobile circle, time & date of recharge, amount of recharge, mode of the payment used and order ID.
